What is Fitness??
Fitness is defined as the state of being physically fit and healthy. ... Being fit not only means physical health, but emotional and mental health, too. It defines every aspect of your health. Smart eating and active living are fundamental to fitness.
A lot of fitness freaks can be very in your face and arrogant. Many a fit person would try and push their way of lifestyles to others . They act as if they are better as they can do better bench press or a heavy bicep curl. I don't say you should agree with their way of life or hold them up a pedestal. All I want to say is respect fit people. It does not mean, and i repeat it again, supplements are no magic pills. Just by pumping in whey or pre workout shots or creatine or even glutamine can assure you of a body like a greek god.
A lot of efforts go into getting a good physique. Like it is said, money cannot buy happiness, money can neither buy a good physique. It needs to be earned.
A well built physique is a symbol of hard work and sacrifices made. It involves a lot of mental strength and patience. We all are ready to put in hard work, but are we patient enough to wait for weeks or maybe months to achieve what we aim at??
One cannot get into shape and stop, it is a continuous process. You cannot hold onto it without being constant and consistent. Efforts need to be put in day after day.
SO WHAT IS YOUR EXCUSE OF NOT DOING YOUR WORKOUT?? CAN'T WE EVEN SPARE AN HOUR FROM OUR DAILY SCHEDULES FOR OURSELVES??
